Our Hingham home was tenant occupied as we transferred to Arizona. We never met Brian as all of our conversations were remote. He quickly established a rapport with our Tenant to facilitate showings. The home sold quickly with the full cooperation of our Tenant. He is a great listener and is easily to tune into what everyone’s needs are.
