Cassie Joy decided to transition her years of marketing in the architecture and engineering industry to a career in real estate after realizing her passion for the ‘built environment’. Her experience working with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ultimately solving problems translated to working with people in attaining their real estate goals, whether they were buying, selling or growing their real estate portfolios. Cassie is passionate about serving her clients, consistently ensuring that their needs are met, that they are educated and informed and that they are having an enjoyable experience throughout their real estate journey.
Cassie values continuing education and considers it of high importance to persist in expanding her knowledge base as the market evolves in order to best guide her clients through the ever-changing real estate market. Cassie graduated from Providence College with a degree in Marketing and worked in Boston for a few years before transferring to Atlanta, GA. She built her own business within Keller Williams Realty Intown Atlanta and founded Cassie Joy Intown. After 25 years in the South, she finally decided it was time to make the transition back to New England and is now focusing her real estate practice on the South Shore of Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
Outside of real estate, Cassie enjoys running all the local 5k’s, CrossFit, travelling with her partner and daughter, snuggling with their dog Darby and partnering with local pitbull rescue groups, exploring local farmers markets, cooking and spending as much time with her family as possible, preferably near the ocean!
