Born and raised on Cape Cod, Melanie developed a passion for the outdoors, spending many days biking the trails and boating the waterways. Her love for real estate started early, as the daughter of a local builder, who spent many summers banging nails. This early eye for remodeling remains an asset when assisting buyers to envision what could be and helping sellers get ready for marketing.
Melanie received her B.S. and Master's in Biomechanics from UMASS, Amherst. At UMASS, she was a scholar-athlete and Captain of the Field Hockey team. Since then, she has established 25 years of sales and customer service experience, the last 7 years specifically selling residential real estate. Melanie has assisted buyers and sellers from P-town to Sandwich, successfully guiding them through the local market. In the process she has received many production awards, but most importantly, top customer service recognition. She is driven to handle each transaction with professionalism and integrity.
Melanie resides in Brewster with her husband Brian and their three, teenage boys. Brian is also from the Cape and is a guidance counselor at their alma mater, Nauset High School. Her love of all sports, being outdoors and the community, affords her many opportunities to give back. She is a board member of the Nauset Warriors Booster Club and the Martha White Memorial Golf Tournament.
