Patrick Moore prides himself in being a lifelong Cape Cod resident and can attest to the wonderful quality of life for families as well as second home buyers. He graduated from Champlain College with a Management degree. Upon graduation, he worked as a closing coordinator for Leighton Realty. After several years of working in the administrative sector of the industry, he made a decision in 2018 to follow his passion and became a licensed Realtor.

Pat takes pride in giving back to the community and was an Assistant Hockey Coach at the Nauset High School, where he spent four years sharing his love for the game with the ’Warriors Team”. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys playing golf.
